1. Order
It is very easy to make an order. Browse our website; feel free to choose the product you're interest. Email us with your Purchase Order form (PO form) and the product item's code. If you want to know our Price list, you can just request it to us for free. Please email us for the complete pages of our wholesale price list form and get special price if you order more than US$ 3.500. If you want another color for some designs, we have more than 56 new colors (check on the downloaded catalogue), you can combine or choose colors.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment by TT(Telegraphic Transfer) to our Bank Account and
WESTERN UNION. We require 30% Deposit Payment, from the total
order amount at the time of order is placed, and the 70% balance payment
required when all the merchandise are ready.
note:We will start to process your order once we have received your
payment at our bank account for deposit.
3. Minimum Order
For minimum order, you have just 40 pcs each design (per color minimal 20 pcs on one design). Please email us at marketing.wahyou@ymail.com for more information about minimum order.
4. FREE Samples request*
If you're have order in us, and your customer want to know the exact samples, please call us because samples of your order are FREE OF CHARGES* (excluding shipping cost). We provides 5-10 pcs assorted items for free samples. *Free samples only for Priority Customers.
5. Production Time
Normally, standard time to make 1.000 pcs of Mix Necklaces, takes 3-4 weeks** (excluding the shipping time). We have our own warehouse and more than 370 staffs/creators, we make it faster than other does. If your order more than more than 1000 pcs mix, takes max. 7 weeks.
**Production Time depends on:
a. The quantity and the complexity of your order.
b. Condition of our warehouse (when it full order or not).
c. Beads material problem (Some colors of beads are hard to find).
d. The difficulties of product designs.
e. Amount of deposit (more you give deposit, faster we can make).
6. Stocks Possibility
We have some product ready stock, (Please contact us for further info).
7. Refund & Cancellation
When the first deposit was agreed, no refund or cancellation is possible. We
will inform to the customer regarding the balance payment when all
merchandise are ready to ship through email.
note: If there is no Balance Payment made after 40 days starting from our
notification, all orders are lost.If you want to negotiate with us about your
problem, please email us. Perhaps we have solution to solve your problems.
8. Damaged Merchandise
If the damaged caused by our wahyoutrading staffs, we will change the amount of damaged with the new product of your order. FREE OF CHARGE. We are not responsible for any damages products after. We will always do our best to our entire valued customer. Please give us any critic or suggestion after you make order with us. It is useful to us in order to increase our service quality to make you feel satisfy more. CHARGES.

In Bali, we have 2 (two) main outlets around Kuta Beach areas. It would be more than happy if we can meet you in Bali. If you have plenty of time, we will take you around the Exotic island of Bali and feel the deliciously Balinese food with Halal certified.
